![]() ![]() I love Sophie Lark’s books, and the Kingmakers series has been just as enthralling as her other books have been. She will also bring Dean to his knees, but he has no idea of what she can do to him. However, when she finds herself in Dean’s clutches and having to do whatever he tells her to, she finds a strength deep within her that will help her follow through with his torment. Cat is more of an artist than she is a spy or mafia woman. She’s not really of a mindset of being a spy or of being at Kingmakers, but one incident shows that she could be ruthless and dangerous as well as the others at Kingmakers. He doesn’t know what love is nor has felt love in so long. The year will show Dean that his life could be so different, and he may have a place in the world outside of the pain and filth he’s lived in with his father for so long. Dean believes that he has what he wants when he returns to Kingmakers, he has the perfect little slave, but his whole life will change this year at Kingmakers. ![]()
